House Rules
Our house rules are in place to protect both our guests and the property. By following these guidelines, you’ll enjoy a smooth and stress-free stay:
- Check-in/Check-out: Noon for both check-in and check-out
- Pets: No pets permitted on the property
- Smoking: Allowed only in designated outdoor areas, not inside the home
- Events: Parties or events are not allowed
- Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property (visitor policy available upon request)
- Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 21
- Occupancy: Two bedrooms, sleeps up to four guests
- Damage & Incidental Charges: Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay; a government-issued ID and a credit/debit card deposit are required at check-in
- Trash Collection: Service runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
- Pool Use: Ask about late pool hours if needed
